Site Meeting
Site meetings with our team of architects, designers, engineers and us, the builder, and any requested subcontractors are welcome to evaluate any concerns or issues you may have. As your team, we strive to give you white glove service on every level. Our vast work spans from coasts, ocean bluffs and mountains in which our experience has gathered knowledge.
Infrastructure + Building
We install utilities, septic systems, wells, electric, gas and water underground. We utilize excavation technology onsite and software in the office which keeps the process streamlined. If you would like your own portal for construction that is possible.
3D Blueprints
Design the perfect house for your family maximizing indoor and outdoor space. Maximize the trade winds, while capitalizing on the sunrise and sunset views and the solar passive effects of earth. We offer 3D Renderings so that you get a feel for every detail in your home. A thorough, curated process in the beginning eliminates unknowns down the road. We believe in taking the time to refine details.
Building Process
We start with excavation, foundation, the building of walls, wiring electrical, install plumbing and then bringing in our finish trades. This is when the magic of a house begins to feel like a home. As your house becomes adorned in your personal choices of materials and fixtures, we will all be proud of our creation we completed together.
Engineering
From Coastal Bluffs, Coastline and Mountain Ridges we consult with our network of engineers to solve complex challenges with structural precision and regulatory expertise. Our thorough knowledge of designing and building homes guarantees value engineering from the beginning. Our Pre-Con team shares ideas and feedback as fluently as our artisans in the field. Living Water Ranches Design + Build is a Boutique Company that can take a preliminary dream and build it into your personalized reality. LWR offers full construction drawings and permittable plan sets for the Building Department and Construction Process. Whether we work with your architect or finalize your design, we compile the necessary documentation needed for the Building Department. We work with local soil and structural engineers to ensure your home will endure the forces of nature and we strive to perform in disaster mitigation by implementing sustainable landscaping and fire-resistant building materials. We deliver a concierge-style experience that makes the process seamless and elevated.
